The Team

Karen Bowditch is the Director and one of the founders of St Moores. The company has been trading in Southampton for 23 years.

Hard work and being hectic is so much easier when you have reliable and trustworthy team of people around. Each person has a strength and my job is to make sure their training is the best, they work to their strengths and that we can deal with all situations with confidence and efficiency. I value my staff above all, they are loyal, trustworthy and they are 100% with me in the fact that we give the very best service to our customers . That is our work ethic, to me there is no other way. I like to motivate and make sure we are all heading in the direction of success. Rewarding staff with nights out, fantastic trips is great fun and well deserved.

BELINDA: MANAGER: I love my work, the staff, the pressures, the laughs, it all helps with motivation. We are organised and we can all deal with so many different tasks, not depending on one person to deal with a situation. We keep focused, keep learning and strive to be the best.

Karen and the manager Belinda are both members of ARLA and some of the staff are in the process of gaining their ARLA qualifications.

LETTING AND ADMINISTRATION: The staff working directly with landlords and tenants are so friendly and professional. Between them they have over 27years of experience, They know the properties, the landlords and tenants. “ It’s fantastic being able to find a property that you know a tenant is going to love living in. The standard of properties we have is excellent”
